American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) participated in the Public and Private Education Festival in Mosul, held from August 19 to 21, 2026, as part of the University’s ongoing efforts to connect with prospective students and families across Iraq.
During the three-day festival, the AUIS team met with students and families from Mosul and the surrounding areas, introducing them to the University’s academic programs, scholarship opportunities, and student experience.

APP Strengthens Professional Communication and Workplace Excellence Among AUIS Staff
From July 12–16, the Academic Preparatory Program (APP) delivered a high-impact Professional Business English Capacity-Building Crash Course designed exclusively for AUIS administrative staff. Led by ESL instructor Bradley Castner, the intensive five-day program brought together 22 participants from 11 key university departments, including Admissions, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
