Dr. Qazzaz received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Sulaimani, and a master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Mississippi in the United States. Dr. Qazzaz also holds a doctorate from the University of Manchester in the UK.
Dr. Qazzaz’s experience includes teaching and research at various British universities, and industrial work for various organizations including British Nuclear Fuels and the UK's Ministry of Defense. His publications related to work carried out at British Nuclear Fuels and the Ministry of Defense are of a classified nature.
