Allan Kakalaw joined AUIS in 2022. He holds an Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Plymouth in England and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law with focus on Transactional Law from Vrije University in the Netherlands. He has previously worked within the legal field for local and international company’s focusing on contracts, procurement, tenders, and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to his teaching at AUIS, Allan is currently employed by a multinational company implementing, monitoring, and advising on matters of Corporate & Regulatory Compliance within the MENA region.
