Chnoor joined AUIS as an adjunct in Spring 2021 to teach CSC101 Computer Science and IT Applications. She holds an M.S. degree in Software Systems and Internet Technologies, and a Ph.D. in IT. She has previously taught in other universities, such as Sulaimani University and Sulaimani Polytechnic University. 
 
Chnoor is currently a government employee at Charmo University. She has taught different modules in her major to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The modules she has taught include database management systems, OOP, structure programming, e-commerce, and computer skills.
