Ranj Foad Majed is BEN Operations Senior Manager at Asicall. Born in Sulaimaniya in 1977, he holds a BSC in Mathematics and an MBA. Worked for two NGOs, computer shops and for Asiacell since 2004. Married since 2008 and has two children. His main interest is technology and doing some photography as a hobby.

"I am interested in helping this team out of my desire to see development of better talents to help businesses to perform better and to help increase the sense of need for technology in improving and automating day to day tasks. What is seen in a lot of companies and governmental entities is much of waste of money, time and resource only because of the way the those businesses are run; I hope I can help in decreasing these shortcomings. Currently, businesses are struggling in finding right talents either because students are not prepared well for outside world of businesses or graduates don’t have the skills to advertise their skill."
