Course evaluation is conducted at the end of each semester (Spring, Fall, and Summer).

  1. At the end of the semester, the Registrar’s office emails all students in the course to fill a confidential form in order to provide feedback about the instructor and the course.
  2. Evaluations are then delivered to the Registrar’s Office, in order to ensure the anonymity of the feedback.
  3. The Registrar’s office then compiles the data and sends it to each Faculty member and her or his Chair.
  4. Course Evaluations are a key component of each Faculty member’s yearly evaluation.
