Under general direction of the Bookstore and Copy Center Manager, coordinate assigned activities in the Copy Center & Bookstore; oversee all aspects of copying production and customer service; maintain high volume of Ricoh equipment; coordinates stocking and other retail sales activities for the Bookstore and maintains the accuracy of inventory in assigned categories; and perform related work as required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process and execute accurate copying orders.
- Effectively manage Ricoh machines for production efficiency.
- Identify and prioritize high potential and top customers.
- Address and resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized Copy & Print Center environment.
- Coordinate with Ricoh services for maintenance or emergencies.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Other Core Duties (Bookstore):
- Organize and manage bookstore inventory, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Assist students, faculty, and customers in locating books and supplies.
- Follow detailed procedures for opening and closing the Bookstore.
- Inspect and reconcile promotional merchandise against purchase orders.
- Process retail sales activities, manage cash, and handle special program purchases.
- Coordinate the purchasing process for requested textbooks, assist faculty in research for materials, and maintain relationships with publishers and distributors.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and alumni to understand merchandise needs.

The ideal candidate must exhibit the following characteristics:
- An earned Bachelor's degree in administration or Information Technology.
- Minimum of two years of office experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
