Jawad Al-Kassab

Jawad Al-Kassab is a renowned entrepreneur and the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Jawad Al-Kassab International Holding Group. With a career spanning decades, he has led the development of a diversified portfolio of companies specializing in real estate development, construction, and investment across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. His leadership has been instrumental in designing and executing multipurpose projects, including residential compounds, high-rise towers, luxury hotels, medical centers, and educational institutions.

Jawad's journey began in 1978 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he established his first contracting company. Over time, his operations expanded to numerous countries, culminating in the establishment of JK Holding in 2000. His notable achievements include developing award-winning projects such as Kempinski Hotels in the Dead Sea and Aqaba, Jordan, and various housing and infrastructure initiatives in Iraq, including the Al Kawthar housing project in Hilla.

In Iraq, Jawad has made significant contributions to private investment-driven development, executing projects such as the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, and the design and management of a five-star Kempinski Hotel. His commitment to addressing housing shortages has led to innovative solutions, including new housing cities in Kut and Baghdad.
