Saad T. Hasan

Mr. Saad is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Onex Group and is on the board of several other major companies. Under his leadership, the Group has grown into a global player in the infrastructure investment sphere.

The Group’s mission is to invest in critical infrastructure and harvest relationships with international institutions and partners that share the same ethos and vision. Onex’s presence in infrastructure assets is significant

with holdings in prime real estate, power generation, oil refining and commodity trading and shipping. In addition, the group balances its sustainable investments with the aim of supporting the green initiative and contributing to the carbon neutral targets through its green energy and renewables verticals.

Mr. Saad graduated with a degree in business administration; he is the board member of several higher education institutions due to his contribution to the education sector and personal achievements in his profession. The Group's CSR governance is actively improving healthcare, education and social wellbeing through local and international investments and initiatives.

Today the Group has built sustainable relationships with internationally recognised financial institutions, oil majors and trading houses, providing the Group with a wider reach to international markets. Under his leadership, the Group has been able to grow and overcome the obstacles through challenging markets and continues to provide a higher standard of living and services for the greater public.
