The College of Dentistry at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) recently had the privilege of welcoming Prof. Dr. Rizgar A. Mageed to campus for an insightful two-day lecture series on Immunology, tailored specifically for students in the College of Dentistry. This exclusive academic event provided a unique opportunity for dentistry students to deepen their understanding of immunology under the guidance of a world-renowned expert.

Dr. Mageed, a member of the AUIS Board of Trustees, a Professor of Experimental Immunology at Queen Mary University of London, and an Honorary Professor at University College of London, is a leading figure in the field of immunology. Holding a PhD from the Royal London Hospital Medical School, he is globally recognized for his groundbreaking research in immunology and autoimmune diseases.
