The Grant Project Manager is responsible for designing and implementing effective structures and systems to manage all aspects of awarded grants. This role oversees staff activities to ensure full compliance with grant requirements and accurate, timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full grant lifecycle from application through closeout.
- Develop strategies and systems to support sustainable grant funding.
- Oversee grant goals, objectives, metrics, outcomes, and timelines in collaboration with program directors and data analysts.
- Ensure adherence to all grant regulations and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with data analysts to align metrics, tools, and reporting schedules.
- Track and report on grant revenue, budgets, and expenditures to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit grant applications, amendments, progress reports, and annual reports accurately and on time.
- Support grant writing, budget planning, and evaluation processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and grant management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex data to senior leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Kurdish preferred.
