Thriving for the Entrepreneurial Campus at AUIS: A Presentation by Dr. Hemin Latif
Dr. Hemin Latif, Assistant Professor of Computing and Informatics and Director of the AUIS Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (AEIC), recently delivered an insightful presentation on a holistic approach to integrating entrepreneurship and innovation into the campus at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS).
As the Director and a key figure in fostering innovation at AUIS, Dr. Latif highlighted the university’s ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurship, empower young innovators, and bridge the gap between the AUIS community and the outside community. His presentation showcased AEIC's role in nurturing startups, providing mentorship, and creating an ecosystem where students, staff, and faculty can develop entrepreneurial mindsets and skill sets to contribute to the larger entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
