AUIS Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Asia International Hospital

On December 17, 2024, the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) and Asia International Hospital officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership. The MoU marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration aimed at advancing shared goals and fostering mutual growth.

This agreement follows a series of productive discussions held earlier this month, during which both parties identified key areas of collaboration and mutual interest. The partnership will focus on leveraging the strengths, expertise, and resources of both AUIS and Asia International Hospital to achieve impactful and measurable outcomes.

This partnership will provide AUIS students with invaluable opportunities to gain first-hand experience in a professional medical setting. Through internships, clinical shadowing, and joint workshops, students will be able to observe and learn from healthcare professionals at Asia International Hospital. This exposure will allow them to apply classroom knowledge in real-world environments, develop essential skills, and gain insights into medical practices and healthcare management. By bridging academic learning with practical experience, AUIS students will be better prepared for future careers in healthcare, research, and related fields.

The signing of the MoU between AUIS and Asia International Hospital marks a significant milestone in building a productive and sustainable partnership. Through this collaboration, both institutions aim to create meaningful opportunities, drive innovation, and achieve shared success for the benefit of their communities and stakeholders.
