AUIS Hosts Entrepreneurial Coaching Training as Part of DAAD-Funded DJISSER Project
As part of the DJISSER Project, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), AUIS Entrepreneurship Fellows Rozhan Saman, AUIS Career Services Manager, and Haval Mustafa, AUIS HR Officer, organized a three-day entrepreneurial coaching training at AUIS from September 28–30, 2025.
The training built on knowledge and skills gained during a specialized program at Saarland University in Germany, and Hashemite University in Jordan, where AUIS representatives participated in intensive coaching sessions.
Open to AUIS staff, students, and faculty, the program focused on practical methods and techniques of entrepreneurial coaching. Participants explored how to understand the mindset of entrepreneurs, recognize their struggles, and address social challenges that often accompany the entrepreneurial journey.
The training was highly practice-oriented: participants worked on case scenarios to apply the techniques they learned, enhancing their ability to support and empower emerging entrepreneurs. Upon completion, participants will also receive certification, recognizing their commitment to strengthening entrepreneurship at AUIS and beyond.
This initiative reflects AUIS’s ongoing efforts to foster innovation, build entrepreneurial capacity, and empower the next generation of changemakers through international collaboration and knowledge sharing.
