This course is designed for individuals or teams who wish to develop their supervisory management skills and knowledge in warehousing and inventory to support efficiency in operations. The program teaches the role and importance of inventory management in Supply Chain and introduces essential tools for successful warehouse and inventory management. The course will focus on teaching how to best design, manage, improve efficiency and minimize costs in your warehouse.
