Frank Blake

Frank Blake is the Regional Vice President for the New England Region at The Home Depot, reporting to the president of the Northern Division. He brings more than 20 years of experience with the company and a strong track record of driving performance, empowering frontline teams, and enhancing the customer experience across U.S. retail operations. 

Most recently, Frank served as Vice President of In-Store Consultative Selling, where he led In-Store Pro and Specialty sales execution. In this role, his team successfully rolled out the Unified Pro Team across all stores and piloted innovative approaches to accelerate Specialty sales growth. He also previously served as Vice President for Home Depot Pro, overseeing growth strategy for the company’s largest and most complex professional customers. 

Since joining The Home Depot in 2004 through the Store Leadership Program, Frank has held roles of increasing responsibility, including store manager, district manager, and leadership positions in Outside Sales and Services. 

Before his career at The Home Depot, Frank served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service. His military background continues to shape his leadership style, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and mission-driven execution.
