The Research Manager will be responsible for overseeing research projects, analyzing data, and presenting research findings to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage research projects that align with institutional goals and priorities.
  • Develop and apply research methodologies to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across studies.
  • Conduct data analysis using advanced statistical tools and interpret results to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and present findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all research activities.
  • Collaborate with departments and external partners to integrate research outcomes into institutional planning and policy development.
  • Stay informed on emerging research trends, analytical methods, and best practices to enhance institutional research capacity.

     

Job Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a related field, PhD is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research methodology, data analysis, and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software, such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex data to senior management.
  • Experience supervising research staff and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or Kurdish preferred.
