Profile

Goshan has an M.S. in global health and development from University College London, and a B.S. (HON) in biomedical sciences from Kings College London. She joined AUIS in September 2016, after teaching for two years in the College of Medicine at the University of Sulaimani. Before starting at AUIS, Goshan also worked in health development and capacity building in the Kurdistan Region with international and local health organizations. 

Goshan has specific interests in qualitative research methods and her research interests are primarily in health development, medical anthropology, and women in health.
