Profile
Aram Mahmood is a Ph.D. candidate specializing in the Economics of Peace. He holds an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Applied Economics, Political Science, and Sociology. He has four years of experience teaching college courses and has collaborated with organizations such as UNDP and Handicap International on projects aimed at supporting refugees and displaced populations in Iraq. As a Fulbright visiting scholar, he spent six months teaching and conducting seminars at Ball State University. Before joining AUIS, Aram worked as a civil servant in Iraq's presidency office.
