As an attorney admitted to the bars of New York, the District of Columbia, Dubai, and Iraq, he has built an illustrious career with renowned global law firms such as Holland & Knight and Squire Patton Boggs. His expertise spans commercial law, constitutional law, international arbitration, and public policy, with a particular focus on Middle Eastern jurisdictions. 

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Al-Amin has served at the highest levels of governance, including as Chief of Staff to Iraq’s Prime Minister-designate and advisor to key Iraqi leaders. His contributions to shaping policy and law have made him a sought-after speaker at prestigious forums like Chatham House and the Washington Institute.
