On October 18, 2024, the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) held its first Fall Carnival at Azadi Park, inviting the community for an exciting day of fun and engagement. The event provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to explore the vibrant talents of the university’s students and alumni. 

The carnival featured a diverse array of activities, showcasing student- and alumni-owned businesses. Participants had the chance to explore unique offerings while supporting local entrepreneurs. In addition to the business showcases, the carnival included art installations, live music performances, and an environmental campaign, all organized by student-led clubs. 

The event successfully highlighted the creativity and spirit of the AUIS community, fostering connections among students, alumni, and the local community.
