On April 5th, 2022, IRIS research fellow Ms. Ranya Bakr met with students from the faculty of business to discuss domestic industrial development as well as challenges to women's participation in entrepreneurial ventures in Iraq. The discussion was part of Ms. Bakr's ongoing research on non-oil economic sectors and their overall effect on the economy, which will be published in the Iraq Economic Review later this year.
