About
Shvan is a Senior Manager, External Relations at IRIS. He joined IRIS in October 2019 as Program Manager, External Relations, where he oversees the annual Sulaimani Forum. Prior to joining IRIS, Shvan worked in the Human Resources department for eight years, where he supported IRIS and served as a co-organizer of the Sulaimani Forum for six years. Shvan is fluent in English, Kurdish, Arabic, and Turkish. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Open University in the United Kingdom, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations.
