CGDS welcomes gifts and grants from people across the world who support the rights of women to receive fair treatment and respect. For more information on how to make a gift to CGDS, click here.
All gifts and grants are managed and reported by the Finance Department of the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani, in accordance with national and international accounting standards, including 2 CFR Parts 200 and 600 of the U.S. Government Code of Federal Regulations. All grants are signed by the University President. Grant spending is subject to audit by grant agencies as well as to audit by AUIS's certified public accounting firm, Ernst & Young ("EY"), one of the four largest accounting firms in the world. Ten consecutive years of successful annual audits by EY reflect AUIS's status as a highly trustworthy grant partner in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
