On 7th April, 2024, CGDS hosted a special gathering with the participation of Mr. F.S. Blake from the AUIS Foundation Board. The discussion focused on Dr. Choman Hardi's "Anfal Sequence," a collection of poems addressing the Anfal genocide in Kurdistan. Attendees included CGDS members and students who came together for an engaging and reflective discussion.
Mr. F.S. Blake contributed valuable perspectives to the conversation, enriching the understanding of the poems and their significance. Participants shared and discussed poems, explored survivors' experiences, and addressed women's issues highlighted in Hardi's work.
