The Center for Gender and Development Studies is happy to share an outstanding student paper written in the fall semester 2021 for “Women and Gender in Ancient Greece,” a gender studies minor course taught by CGDS Jan Warner Visiting Scholar Dr. Shakir. Ms. Riyam Wahbi M. Noori wrote “The Status of Women in the Ancient Greek Society.” Many congratulations to this student-scholar for producing excellent work. The full paper is available here.
