CGDS is pleased to announce that Mr. Ali Hussein Azeez Abo-Jadya, who has been with us since March 2019, has accepted the position of Data Analytics Researcher at IN2 Company in Erbil. Mr. Ali will carry out quantitative research, data analysis, and help the company establish a centralized database. He will conduct data-centric research on various media and communications topics, develop data analytics strategies and methodologies, quantify scale and impact of conversations around particular topics, and track the evolution of online narratives over time. In addition, he will monitor publicly available data across social platforms and the web, analyze the data using statistical software programs and computer models, and present the results. In December 2020, Mr. Ali completed his STEM Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a program fully funded by Al Ghurair Foundation for Education. As sad as we are to lose Mr. Ali, who has been a star team member and indefatigable Admin and IT assistant, we are equally happy that he has found a position that matches his qualifications so perfectly. Many congratulations, Ali, and all the best from CGDS.
