Shko Shwan Granted Fulbright Scholarship

The Center for Gender and Development Studies is pleased to announce that Mr. Shko Shwan Fuad has received a full scholarship from the Fulbright Foreign Student Program to study for a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology at Emporia State University. This is a two-year program award, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Mr. Shko will begin the program in mid-August 2020. Mr. Shko is the Educational Development Project Manager for CGDS and has been working with us since January 2018. We are sad to announce his resignation from  our center but delighted that he has received this prestigious award. We wish him the best of luck and look forward to his return
