On the 27th of November, 2019, CGDS and AUIS Voice collaborated on an open mic night at Crepaway Restaurant. Ms. Alex Poppe, renowned author and APP instructor at AUIS, read excerpts from her latest book, “Jinwar.” CGDS staff members also participated in the live event. Mr. Shko Shwan read “Shylock’s speech” from “The Merchant of Venice,” and Mr. Ramyar Ismail read the 1940 “Dictator’s Speech” by Charlie Chaplin.
