Women in Sulaimani were invited by Horizon Relief, an NGO, to exhibit and sell their art and handicrafts. CGDS attended the event, which was held at the Sulaimani Library, on Saturday, October 19th, 2019. In addition to crafts, a wide variety of traditional Kurdish food was on offer. While CGDS carries out research and teaching, another part of our mission is to be involved in the community.
