CGDS Director meets with the Iraqi Women’s Network in Baghdad

On the 24th of October, 2018, Dr. Choman Hardi, CGDS Director, met with Intisar Ajeel, Rajaa AlKhafaji, Intisar AlIraqi, and Vian Al Sheikh Ali, from the Iraqi Women's Network in Baghdad. Dr. Hardi informed these women’s rights activists about the newly obtained EU grant. They discussed  CGDS’  plans to utilize the EU grant for  activities and research which will have an impact on Iraqi society. The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss current issues regarding gender inequality and gender based violence.
