CGDS Attends “Jobs and Perspectives” Meeting in Istanbul

CGDS Deputy Director Dr. Lynn Rose attended “Jobs and Perspectives: Improving Prospects for Refugees and Vulnerable Host Communities, a curriculum development meeting hosted by Spark and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. The event, attended by faculty from Erbil and Mosul and members of the Ministry of Higher Education from Baghdad and Erbil, was held in Istanbul on November 26-28, 2020. Dr. Lynn presented “Sex and Gender” as part of the project’s gender sensitivity training. CGDS has been part of Spark’s “Jobs and Perspectives” project since winter 2019.
