Hamno is from Tawella, Hawraman near the city of Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. He joined CGDS on September 13th, 2020 as a finance assistant, and now he is the Finance Officer. He has a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. He has worked as an Accountant at an oilfield services company: collecting and keeping records, supervising a team of data entry employees, coordinator/liaison with a software company in building database/web application for managing a project, preparing reports and financial statements. He has also worked as a Research Assistant for a PhD candidate: translating and interpreting, reviewing literature, collecting data, and making contact and maintaining them with relevant people to the topic of the research. His favorite part about CGDS is Being a part of a dynamic and proactive team that are very helpful and collaborative. Everyday as you contribute serves as an opportunity to learn and develop.
