Karam Robeil is a Research Associate at IRIS. Previously, after finishing a Research and Policy Internships at IRIS, he helped as a Research Assistant during his term of study at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS). Later, he officially joined IRIS as a Program Assistant in January 2023 where he helped with the organization of the Sulaimani Forum 2023. Karam graduated from AUIS in Fall 2022 with a B.S. Mechanical Engineering degree and focuses on environmental research.
