Zhino holds B.A. in English Language and Literature, and M.A. in English Literature. She has taught various courses of English Language and Literature, the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Centuries English Poetry and Drama, and Poetry of the Neoclassical and Romantic Age at University of Sulaimani and University of Human Development.
Her research interests include the interdisciplinary studies from the late eighteenth to the late nineteenth centuries with particular focus on the relationship between word and image. She is also interested in the studies of the Pre-Raphaelite Art Culture, in particular works by Dante Gabriel Rossetti and Alfred Lord Tennyson- Aestheticism and Decadence, and studies of symbolism of the Victorian poetry and paintings.
