Less stress week

Coloring activity for Less Stress Week

  As part of AUIS's Less Stress Week, the Student Services department hosted a Zen and the Art of Coloring activity in the cafeteria on December 3, 2018. The event was from 11am - 2pm and had 20 participants. Students were invited to come reduce their stress by coloring motivational drawings and mandalas. Coloring has been proven to help reduce stress while also increasing brain function, so this was a fun way for students to prepare for finals in a healthy way.
