Raguez Taha holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Her areas of knowledge include structural analysis, reliability analysis, reinforced concrete and steel design. Prior to joining AUIS, she taught engineering courses at a private university and taught math courses at a community college. She has been an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers Without Borders since 2007 and 2009, respectively. She is a member of Tau Beta Pi and a recipient of the Tau Beta Pi Fellowship. She has research experience in High Performance Concrete (HPC), integration of heating elements in UHPC, reliability assessment, and interval analysis. Her future research interests include sustainable structural design, and water, environmental remediation.
