The Professional Development Institute (PDI) at AUIS delivered an extensive sales & marketing training for professionals at the Al-Mouyasser company in Erbil in November 2018. Al-Mouyasser, operating under the Fattal Group, is a Lebanese-Iraqi joint venture providing FMCG and home appliances. The training provided a comprehensive view of marketing principles and strategies as well as sales management and processes.
Following the completion of the program, participants are be able to understand the importance of marketing as one of the central functions of the organization and focus on product development, pricing strategies, and branding. The program also focused on understanding long-term thinking in sales as well as principles and practices involved in selling processes. As sales and marketing skills are becoming increasingly vital in today's competitive and challenging business environment, mastering these in-demand skills will create potentials for business growth.
