American University of Iraq, Sulaimani (AUIS) held the first of several professional development courses for staff members on July 28-29, 2019. Ten staff members participated in the first “Customer Service Professional Skills Development Course” delivered by Instructor Muhammad Fahd Khan. The training focused on finding ways to create a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers, as well as conflict resolution. Two more workshops on the same topic will be held in August 2019. In total, 40 staff members will complete the training.
On the subject of the course, the Human Resources department at AUIS said: “AUIS and MFK Consulting signed a contract to provide us with an excellent Customer Service course. In today’s business environment, meeting customers’ various needs and expectations is a highly desirable outcome and a major contributor to the success of our University and brand.”
