Received PhD degree in Parasitology (Molecular parasitology) from Keele University, UK. Currently a full-time Assistant professor at the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani. My research was focusing on malaria disease, especially malaria parasite pathogen (Plasmodium falciparum), how the erythrocytic stage of malaria parasite growth can be inhibited by novel compounds, using molecular methods. Also interested in biology of malaria merozoite egress and invasion of the erythrocyte. Other research interest including Molecular biology and cell biology of infectious disease.
