AUIS Professor Attends UNDP Entrepreneurship Conference in Sulaimani

Dr. Farzad Sanati, assistant professor of Information Technology, was invited as an adviser to an entrepreneurship workshop in Sulaimani, Iraq. The three-day event was sponsored by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and was part of the UNDP’s Innovation for Development program.

The event aimed to introduce participants to the entrepreneurial mindset and provide hands-on training in high impact entrepreneurship. The advisers and moderators worked with the young participants to develop creative capacity, entrepreneurial confidence, and acquire the necessary skills to build startups that solve real problems.
