Amidst the backdrop of civil unrest, the Iraq’s New Government during a time of Popular Revolt project interrogates the political economy of government failure and stalled reconstruction, tracking the actors and institutions (federal and provincial-level) involved in either facilitating or obstructing effective government responses, particularly in the areas of water, electricity and unemployment.
