Welcome to the the Registration and Records Office page. The Registrar's office is part of AUIS's Enrollment Department. The Registrar's Office oversees all enrollment and registration services.
The primary responsibilities of the office include:
- Creating the academic calendar
- Certifying student enrollment
- Verifying and issuing official transcripts
- Managing the registration process
- Maintaining timely and accurate official records
Office Hours: Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Registration and Records Office, also known as the Registrar's Office, supports all enrolled students, including students in the Academic Preparatory Program, undergraduate and graduate programs, and faculty members through the accurate maintenance of academic records, consistent enforcement of academic policy, efficient operation of all advising and registration systems and production of reports, analysis and research.
The Registrar's Office leverages thorough knowledge of academic policy and best practice to ensure that AUIS academic departments and programs function with integrity.
