Rebeen Azad Jalal, Director of Admissions
Rebeen Azad Jalal joined AUIS in July 2011. As the Admissions Director, he is responsible for creating and implementing recruitment and admissions strategic plans for both the undergraduate and the MBA programs. One of his main roles is to maintain and improve the enrollment quality and growth. Rebeen has more than 15 years of work experience, mostly in managerial positions, in public relations, media, NGOs and higher education. He represents AUIS during high school visits and coordinates with education officials during the recruitment and admissions cycles. He also gives presentations to prospective students and their families. Rebeen frequently represents AUIS on local media as well.
He holds a BSc in chemistry from University of Sulaimani and an MBA degree from AUIS.

Danar Ahmed, Admissions and Recruiting Assistant
Danar Ahmad joined the Admissions team in August 2015. He helps in the recruitment and admissions process. He serves as admissions advisor during the application process and helps with the logistics during high school visits both on-campus and during visits to high schools outside Sulaimani. Danar holds a bachelor’s degree in English language from University of Sulaimani

Mohammed Luay Ghazi, Admissions Record Coordinator
Mohammed Luay Ghazi joined AUIS in August 29 2018. He is one of our AUIS graduates who graduated in May 2018. He is responsible about recruiting students from outside KRG. In addition, he is responsible about all the projects, event, and activities in middle and southern cities among Iraq. His main tasks is to travel to different cities in order to coordinate and recruit students. Mohammed Luay represents AUIS outside KRG especially in middle and southern cities, and processes the admissions cycles from there in order to facilitate the application process for the students. In addition to that, he proctors tests outside KRG to Baghdadi students and those who are from neighboring cities closer to their homes so there will be no need for them to travel to Suli in order to take the English replacement test.

Kani Azad, Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator
Diyar Barzanji, Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator
Diyar Barzanji, he joined the Admissions team in Juley 2019. He helps in the recruitment and admissions process. He works as a recruiter at auis, Baghdad, Basra and other provinces. He gives Arabic and Kurdish presentations to prospective students and their families. He serves as admissions advisor during the application process and helps with the logistics during high school visits both on-campus and during visits to high schools outside Sulaimani. He has more than five years work experience with several NGOs and International Agencies. He worked as a researcher assistant and official researcher with ICPAR, Optimum Analysis, Human Rights Watch, Mercy Crops, NRT and IRIS.
Wala Talib Hussein, Admissions Record Coordinator
Wala Talib joined the Admissions team on September 26, 2019. She is responsible for organizing AUIS’s flow of admissions and data. She processes paperwork related to admissions and organizes actual applications files and folders in addition to organizing the enrolment contracts. She is also responsible for maintaining student’s documents. Also, she is in charge of preparing files for MBA cohorts.
Wala is one of the AUIS’s graduates in May, 2018, she holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Kizhe Wshyar, Customer Service
Kizhe has graduated from the Sulaimani Technical Institute with a degree in Business Administration. She has eight years of volunteering and work experience in various disciplines.
On January 9, 2019 she joined AUIS and she is very happy with the environment and her line of work at the University.
