A program for the students of International Studies major and minor
The Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) is a program with the goal of identifying and mentoring AUIS students with special interest in and potential for leadership and service. FLI takes AUIS off campus, and exposes the member students to leaders in government, business, politics, and civil society. Over private meetings, site visits and workshops, the future leaders will interact with local and international leaders, and visit academic and professional institutions. In such interactions, they discuss different aspects of leadership and public service and receive career advice. Students can take the learning further in a fashion they see fit. Other activities include public lectures at AUIS, skills workshops and publications.
Each FLI cohort will be in session for a year.
